“Failure is the passport to success”I am a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in General Education at the University of Cebu-Banilad. I attended trainings and seminars mainly; Getting to know about School Forms, Communicating to Motivate Learners, Hybrid Strategies in Acing the Licensure Examination for Teachers , Teaching Profession Into the Unknown and Tools and Strategies for Online class. Being a good teacher requires a lot of effort. My longing is to be an educator, so I worked hard to achieve that goal. My first year of teaching was challenging. I found it quite tough to manage children and adults of diverse ethnicities. I was about to give up, but giving up is precisely what weak people do. Instead, I turned it into a positive one that being challenged will make you stronger and wiser. So I seized every chance that has been offered. I took training that has enabled me to live my dream right now. Stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learn. Never give up on your dreams, no matter how painful and difficult your journey is and there is no failure except in no longer trying. It is my hope that I am able to achieve enough to make a difference not only in the lives of the students in my classes at that particular time, but also to impact their lives far into the future, that will make our world the best place to live in.
