Hello, my name is Elizabeth, but most people just call me Liz. I’m from Cape Town, South Africa. I have a Bachelors degree in Science, a TEFL qualification and an IELTS score of 8.5. I was trained as a food scientist and worked in various factories as a quality and safety manager. I’ve always had a passion for training and love teaching others. During my time as both a trainer and a teacher, I have seen the difference in an individual as they progress from one session to the next and how they become confident and proficient in using a second language. I hope to have that experience with you. I can’t wait to see you in class.*****I absolutely love teaching children as well, its refreshing and fun, and my daughter reminds me daily of this unique view on life. The more fun we have in class, the better our learning experience and confidence in using the language we are learning. That is why I always try to make my lessons not only educational, but fun as well. Outside teaching, I’m also an avid baker and reader. I look forward to being able to help you or your child improve their English.
