Hello there! This is your jolly teacher! My name is Julianne Antonette Corpus, and you can call me Teacher Tonette! I graduated in 2019 from Gordon College with the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education. I've been working as an online ESL teacher for almost three years. My students were Koreans before. I love teaching kids because it is fun and challenging to deal with them. For me, it is fulfilling to see my students' progress in speaking English. I am capable of teaching adults through communicative language teaching that emphasizes the student's ability to communicate in real-life contexts. I enjoy learning new things and watching English movies. Just like when we teach, it also teaches us a lot. When you enjoy what you're doing, learning is enjoyable. I'm a teacher who enjoys telling stories and sharing experiences, and I am open to questions related to the lesson. I believe that students learn best when they feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe.
